Herbert P. Wilkins, Jr., General Partner

Mr. Wilkins is a Partner with Syncom Venture Partners, where he has served in a variety of investment roles for over 17 years. During his tenure with Syncom Venture Partners, Mr. Wilkins has participated in the investment and development of companies across a wide range of segments of the Media and Communications Industry. He currently serves on the board of directors of a number of Syncom portfolio companies including IVT, Si-TV, and TMX Interactive. Mr. Wilkins also served as a member of the board of directors for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) in Baltimore, Maryland.

Mr. Wilkins received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland and a M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
